This week we have been busy learning all about how plants grow.

The Wise Owls have tried really hard to independently write a sentence about what a plant needs, and we have remembered to segment the words, use finger spaces, a capital letter and a full stop.

The Super Squirrels have been busy learning the story of 'Jack and the Beanstalk' and have used the finger puppets to help them.

We have been very observant, and used our eyes to look carefully at all the different parts of a daffodil then draw them.  Look at our creations!

How many daffodils can you find on the way to school?

In maths we have been busy measuring Jacks' beanstalk by finding out how many cubes tall it was.  We also cut out beanstalks and ordered them according to size.
