Year 6 have been working incredibly hard lately. We've been writing our own information texts about a variety of subjects including: scootering, football, Little Mix, elephants, Paris, New York, Taylor Swift and many more. As part of our topic on Christmas around the world, we've been looking at the season of advent and how different countries prepare. We've also been improving our growth mindsets with a series of metacognition lessons. We have been learning origami as a new skill and today, Jude led the session - teaching us all how to make an aerodynamic plane. We then took these to the playground to test them out:
