Last week we had an amazing time getting involved in our 'Tour De Yorkshire' topic work. The class were split into teams of four and competed against other teams to gain points. Our first task was to come up with a team name. We had to design jerseys and logos for our team, plan routes for the tour and write questions to interview the riders. The children were so enthusiastic and worked so well together. The finale of the week was leaving school at 1pm to cheer on the real cyclists as they sped through Whitby!
This week our 'Star of the Week' is Alfie. We have noticed Alfie for showing great kindness towards others this week. Well Done Alfie!
